So, how does it work?

Well, there is a giant network of computers and servers all over the world, and all these computers have addresses. Your computer has an address. Did you know that? It is called an "IP address". A website has an address on the network and it is called a "URL", but to make it easy we create a name for the website, and call it a "Domain Name".

HOW DO YOU MAKE A WEBSITE?: When GL Promotions create a web-site for you, we visit with you to learn about your dream.

* What do you want to promote? A business, a talent, a ministry?

* If you have products to sell and if you want to accept credit cards.

* What phone number or address do you want to use on the web-site?

* Do you want to have photos or videos on your web-site?

* If you already have a logo or design you want us to use. We find out if you have a particular color scheme you want us to use.

* What name would you like for your Domain Name. (These are hard to find, since they are unique, but we will start with a few ideas from you.)

HOW DOES MY WEB-SITE CREATE BUSINESS: a web-site can create business in two ways:

* One way is for you to send out emails or post cards to people and share your website name with them. This will get them to come to your web-site.

* The other way is for GL Promotions to "advertise" your site to different search engines, so when people are looking for products like yours, they will see your website name in the search engine. This is really cool, to see your site in a world-wide search engine.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO HAVE A WEB-SITE? You can choose which way is best for you:

* Pay upfront for the web design work. Then pay a small monthly fee for the hosting of the site and maintenance. The monthly fee would be $75.00 only, unless you want the additional search engine advertisement. The design work will be between $400 and $2000, depending on the complexity of the design.

* Convenient monthly payments only. Design is included in the monthly fee. Monthly fees will be $250 per month for the first year and $150 per month in following years.

Additional Service:

* Full advertisement of your website to multiple search engines cost $500 up front and $125 per month.
